Katie Stafford is a Pet Portrait & Wildlife Artist based in the
Norfolk countryside of the UK.

Katie has always been taken with drawing and it has remained a constant in her 30 something years. After graduating from an arts university, she fell into a career in design which subsequently synchronised perfectly with her fine artistry and the two have constantly gone hand in hand.

She has recently started to exhibit and sell her work at shows across Norfolk, UK.

Katie has been commissioned by clients from around the world, from the United States to Australia, with her most frequent client base being in the UK.

"For me, it's about creating a unique and bespoke original piece of artwork
of a much loved pet and seeing the joyful reaction on their owner's face when they recieve it. It is a beautiful feeling to immortalise a family member that is so precious to somebody, knowing that the recipient will treasure it for years to come."

Katie lives with her husband, two adorable cats, a cheeky Sebright Bantam and two very tame and friendly ex-layer rescue hens.

Aside from her art on Friday's, Katie works in design for a magazine company four days a week. But she is also a huge hobbyist. Katie plays the violin and piano, travels, bakes, reads, learns French, gardens, walks, hikes, runs, games, draws digital art on the iPad and socialises with her loving network of family and friends, unbelievably, all in her spare time.
