1. Once you have enquired and we have agreed on the size of your portrait, choose a high quality photo of your pet or a selection of photos which will show them at their best. See HERE for tips! Send them over to me, I can help you pick the best one! I can also edit photos to bring out their natural colours and help you make them as true to your pet's likeness as possible.
We will also need to discuss when you will need it by to ensure I have the space in my diary and whether it is a gift as I can keep it off social media until it is received.
Please bear in mind it can take up to a month from starting, depending on size and how many subjects not including delivery and I am booked up in advance sometimes.

2. A 25% deposit (of your chosen portrait size cost) from you is all that is needed to begin, just to secure the booking in my diary. I will begin work and I will send you updates as I draw, through email, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger, or by any means you wish for.

3. Final touch ups and checks. I will only take the remaining payment when you are 100% happy with your drawing. This can be through BACS (bank transfer), cash if you are local to me, or cheque.

4. Payment and postage!
