I will require a 25% deposit of your chosen portrait size cost, at the time of booking to secure your commission in my diary.
This is non-refundable once I have started your portrait, unless in the very unlikely event that I need to cancel.
You are, of course, welcome to enquire with no obligation to book.

Shipping
I ship commissions in the most secure way possible using tracked and sign on delivery which usually ensures you have your portrait delivered by 1pm the day after posting.

Postage to the UK is £8
Postage to the rest of the world is £14

If you are in or near Norfolk, UK, personal delivery or collection can be considered.
